Wedding Planning & Day-of Coordination

The Ultimate Wedding Planning and Coordination Package is designed to take the stress out your special day. This comprehensive service includes full vendor research, vendor quotes and communication management, meticulous timeline management, and tracking of your wedding to-do list items, vendor payments, and contracts.
I can help you plan from the very beginning up to your special day, with seamless day-of coordination, and confirmation of all details in the two weeks before and two days before. You’ll also benefit from me joining in on one site visit, one rehearsal dinner, and two in-person meetings, along with unlimited phone calls and texts to ensure everything goes perfectly.

Price includes 8 hours of day-of coordination, more hours may be added at $30 per hour, not to exceed 12 hours. Price is for Tehachapi-only. Weddings in other locations may incur a travel fee.

Wedding Planning

Includes vendor research with collecting price quote information and contracts from them. I stay in contact with all vendors and venue throughout the process and confirm final details with all vendors and venue two weeks before your big day and then again two days before. I will also create a master timeline which is emailed to all involved parties. Additionally, I work with the couple to create a layout map. I can also help you with brainstorming decor or other elements, and will keep you on track of to-do list items. This package includes unlimited phone calls and texts 12 months prior, but please allow 48 hours for reply unless it is the week of the wedding. It also includes one site visit, and two in-person meetings. I can confirm all of your vendors and pass you al necessary timelines, the vendor contact info sheet, and layout map if you wish to have a friend or family m ember coordinate your wedding. Ill make the transition seamless. Or, you may also add on my Day-Of coordination package.

Day-of Coordination
$350
Ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding day with my expert day-of coordination service. Let me handle all the details, from timeline management to coordinating with vendors, so you can focus on enjoying your special day. I confirm final details with all vendors and venue two weeks before your big day and then again two days before. I will work with you to finalize a master timeline which is emailed to all involved parties. This package includes one site visit, one in-person meeting, and unlimited phone calls and texts 12 months prior, but please allow 48 hours for reply unless it is the week of the wedding. It also includes one site visit, and one in-person meeting. On the special day, I will manage vendors and make sure they have everything they need throughout the day, I can manage tips and final payments for vendors, I answer guest questions, can help with light decor and setup, keep us on track and on time, and handle any issues as they may arise. I am very hands-on and love to manage big events seamlessly.
