About Me
Event planning and coordination has been my passion since I was a child. I've always had a special fascination with weddings and the beginning of happily-ever-after.
I was fortunate enough to begin working in wedding planning and coordination at the young age of 16, and have not looked back since.
I finally decided to turn that passion, love, and experience with weddings into a business and started Tehachapi Ever After.

Our all-inclusive service covers full vendor research, quotes, and communication management, alongside meticulous timeline management and tracking of your wedding to-do list, payments, and contracts.
From the initial planning stages to seamless day-of coordination, I’ll ensure every detail is confirmed in the weeks leading up to your celebration.
Enjoy personalized support with site visits, rehearsal dinner attendance, and unlimited communication to guarantee everything goes perfectly on your big day.

Full video, phone, or in-person wedding planning with monthly chats (and unlimited texts in-between)

Head Coordinator Trina will be at your wedding for 10 hours, and one of her vetted and trained assistants will be present during a full 5 hours of your choosing.

Day-Of Coordination Deluxe
$550
Ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding day with my expert day-of coordination service. I’ll take care of all the details, from managing the timeline to coordinating with vendors, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day. With final confirmations two weeks and two days before the event, I’ll work with you to create a master timeline that's shared with everyone involved. I will conduct a final site visit with you and will attend rehearsal dinner if desired.
On the big day, I’ll manage vendors, oversee layout and setup, answer guest questions, assist with decor, clean continually and at the end if scheduled, and handle any issues that arise, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly.

Creation of detailed day-of timeline

Unlimited communication leading up to the wedding

Final walk-through of venue, and attendance at rehearsal dinner (if desired and subject to availability).

Make your wedding day truly unforgettable with my budget-friendly day-of coordination service, designed especially for local brides with a smaller guest count of 100 or less.
If you have most of your vendors planned out, and decor and setup items taken care of already, this option is perfect for a simpler, more streamlined celebration.
I’ll manage every detail, from a master timeline, setting up light decor, to coordinating and confirming with vendors, helping guests, light cleanup, and so much more, allowing you to fully enjoy your special day without stress. My package offers 8 hours of dedicated service.
